Mini I and Mini III This course provides a mathematically intensive overview of advanced applications of microeconomic theory. Topics include: Marshallian and Hicksean demands, indirect utility functions, substitution/income effects and the Slutsky equation, expected utility theory, risk and insurance, game theory, principle/agent problems, oligopoly, and general equilibrium theory. (Lecture, 3 hours) Course will be offered in Spring 08.
