This course provides an overview of environmental tools and methods for management of industrial processes. Regulatory permitting processes, reporting and record-keeping, corporate environmental management systems and certifications, risk management, corporate environmental reports, voluntary environmental programs, extended product responsibility and reverse logistics are discussed. Prerequisite: senior standing in engineering or permission of the instructor.
