Lunar Gala "X": The Entertainment Mar 4, 2006 12:36 pm | by Tess Smagorinsky
Lunar Gala began with an impressive dance and gymnastics routine by local group Pittsburgh Dance Explosion. Carnegie Mellon students made their mark during the intermission performance, an amazingly choreographed blend of hip-hop, modern dance, and breakdancing, featuring several groups that will perform later in the semester for the spring Dancers’ Symposium. CFA senior Jessica Mellon also performed a series of karate demonstrations.
